Project Organization
A governance structure has been approved by the University Steering Committee. Click on the image to view the C2C governance structure chart.
As part of this structure, a new C2C Implementation Committee has been formed, which will be the primary group for the majority of approvals, feedback, issue resolution, and other matters that arise during the C2C project.
A project management structure has also been developed.
