Housing Options
Housing and Residence Life offers a number of on-campus housing options, depending on your academic program. All on-campus facilities are nestled in the foothills of the Santa Monica mountains. The residential community overlooks the surrounding city, hills and ocean. In addition, on-campus facilities also provide a variety of services which include maintenance, some housekeeping, on-site barbecue grills, beach volleyball courts, and dining options depending on your chosen living area.
Housing options include:

- Rockwell Tower Residence Hall,
- Lovernich Residential Complex apartments, and
- Honors Community apartments.
- George Page Residential Complex apartments, and
- Drescher Campus Apartments.
- George Page Residential Complex apartments.
We also offer an off-campus housing option at the Oakwood Apartments in nearby Woodland Hills. This option is for students who are interested in maintaining a sense of community outside of Pepperdine's Malibu campus. Students who live at Oakwood enjoy fully furnished luxury apartments, invitations to attend Pepperdine sponsored events within Oakwood complex, and due to its location, residents also enjoy ready access to the wide range of activities available in the greater Los Angeles area.
