Microsoft Outlook - Single Mail Message Limits
Between Pepperdine e-mail users, and to and from addresses outside of Pepperdine, the limit for a single Microsoft Outlook mail message is 20MB.
These limits are imposed to prevent anyone from accidentally or purposely clogging Pepperdine's mail system.
Attachments are counted as part of a message's size unless you use Pepperdine's method of sending very large, secure e-mail attachments through https://attachments.pepperdine.edu. In addition to sending large attachments (up to 20 GB), this system also encrypts attachments when they are uploaded by the sender or downloaded by the recipient.
