Getting a Network Account - Faculty and Staff

New Pepperdine faculty and staff will receive their network userIDs and part of their passwords from their supervisor.

Whenever possible, Information Technology will attempt to provide some network service automatically; however, to ensure that you have all the network resources required to do your job, please check with your supervisor to see if he or she should submit a Pepperdine Network Resources Request form to request some of the following services:

  • Access to Pepperdine network drives, i.e., the S (shared department), and possibly U (shared inter-department) drives
  • Access to Pepperdine networked printers and copiers

Please submit a Telephone Services Request form to obtain any of the following services:

  • Request a new telephone or movement of an existing telephone
  • Request a new telephone extension or have an extension reassigned
  • Request new voice mail or have existing voice mail reassigned
Submit a Long Distance Access Code (PBN) Request form to request a long distance telephone access code for making long distance telephone calls that are charged to your University department.  (PBN stands for Personal Billing Number.)
