What is a NetworkID?
Your NetworkID is like a username, it is your online identity at Pepperdine University.
What is a NetworkID profile and why do I need one?
A NetworkID profile establishes the information surrounding your NetworkID and password so that you can verify your identity if you forget your password. This profile only needs to be created once.
- In the event of a lost or forgotten password, your NetworkID profile establishes your identity through a mobile device, an external email account, or with secret questions.
- After your profile is created, you can manage your email redirection and directory preferences. When you change your profile or reset your password, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How can I set up my NetworkID profile?
Establishing a NetworkID profile requires that you know your current password.
1. You must know your current password to proceed. If you do not know your password, visit this page.
2. Visit Manage your NetworkID profile, and choose on your preferred method of verification.
3. Follow the instructions until you reach a page that states, "NetworkID Profile Created!"
