From the Tools menu, select Accounts; select the Mail tab; then click the Add button.
Enter your name; then click Next.
Enter your e-mail address; then click Next.
In the E-mail Server Names window, enter the information as shown on the following image; then click Next.
In the Internet Mail Login window, enter the information as shown on the following image; then click Next.
Please note this difference in entering information: - pepperdine\username (for faculty/staff) - student\username (for students)
In the Congratulations window, click Finish.
From the Tools menu, select Accounts; select the Mail tab; highlight the e-mail account you just set up; then click the Properties button.
In the Properties window, select the Servers tab; enter your information as shown on the following image; then click Apply.

In the same Properties window, select the Advanced tab; enter the information as shown on the following image; then click OK.
