From the Tools menu, select E-mail Accounts; select Add a new e-mail account; then click Next.
In the Server Type window, select POP; then click Next.
In the Internet E-mail Settings window, enter your information as shown on the following image.
In the above Internet E-mail Settings window, click the More Settings... button; select the Outgoing Server tab; enter the information as shown on the following image.
In the same Internet E-mail Settings window, select the Advanced tab; enter the information as shown on the following image; then click OK.
