Voice Mail Guide

To Log in to the Voice Mail System:

  1. Dial the voice mail system on or off campus:

    Malibu x4002 (310) 506-4002
    Orange County x2525 (949) 223-2525
    San Fernando Valley x1616 (818) 501-1616
    West Los Angeles x5700 (310) 568-5700
  2. Press the * key
  3. Enter your voice mail ID number
  4. Enter your voice mail password

Main Tasks:

1 - Hear new message
2 - Send a message
3 - Review old messages
4 - Setup options

Press During a Message:

1 - Repeat message
2 - Save message
3 - Delete message
5 - Change volume
7 - Reverse message
8 - Pause or continue message
9 - Fast forward message

Press After a Message:

3 - Delete message
4 - Reply to message
5 - Forward the message to another subscriber
6 - Mark message as new (unread)
8 - Deliver message to fax machine
9 - Hear message summary

Shortcuts:

4 / 1 / 1 - Change greetings
4 / 1 / 2 - Change call transfer
4 / 2 / 1 - Change message notification
4 / 2 / 3 - Full or brief menus
4 / 3 / 1 - Change password
4 / 3 / 2 - Change recorded name
4 / 3 / 3 - Change directory listing status

0 - Conversation Help
* - Cancel or Back up
# - Skip or Move Ahead
