Information Technology offers experienced support at computer labs located at each Pepperdine University southern California campus. Students may walk in or call to get help with their technology needs.
Services at computer labs may include:
- Answering technology questions
- Assisting with basic multimedia needs
- Installing wireless cards
- Loaning some multimedia equipment
- Patching operating systems
- Scanning computers for viruses and spyware
- Setting up e-mail access
- Training on various computer applications
- Uploading files to a student web site
- Supporting Pepperdine University applications, such as, Blackboard, Lessonlab, WaveNet, Newsgroups (except at Long Beach and Drescher), and Business Policy Game - Sim (only Westlake Village)
