Reset your Password

You have a few options for changing your NetworkID password. If you already have a NetworkID profile, you can skip ahead to this page.

FORGOT MY Password

Call Help Desk for One-Time Passcode

1. Call the Help Desk at (310) 506-HELP (4357).

  • Obtain your 6-digit one-time passcode.

2. Go to the Managing your Pepperdine University NetworkID page.

  • Click the link labeled "Reset Password Using One-Time Passcode."

 3. Type in 6-digit passcode and your NetworkID.

4. Type in your new password.

5. Use your new password to create a NetworkID profile so that you can self-reset your password in the future.
