Passport InformationYou must have a valid passport to participate in any of the International Programs. Your passport must be valid 6 months after your scheduled return date. If you do not have a passport, or your passport has expired, you should start the application process NOW! As soon as you receive it, give a copy to the International Programs Office.

Visa InformationProgram–Specific Visa InformationStudents attending the Florence, Lausanne, London, or Shanghai program during the Academic Year are required to have a visa. No visa is required for U.S. citizens in the Buenos Aires or Heidelberg programs. If your program requires a visa, you will be provided with more information at the Mandatory Visa Workshop.
International StudentsStudents who are NOT traveling on a U.S. passport will be subject to different visa requirements. It is the student's responsibility to research, apply for, and obtain the necessary visas for the country they are studying in, and all countries they plan to travel to. Students must consult their local consulate or embassy for information regarding which countries require visas. Visa Workshop Dates
