Convocation Attendance Records

How do I View my Record?

Attendance records may now be viewed on WaveNet.

You may check your Convocation Attendance progress by logging on to Wavenet, selecting "Student Services" in the upper right hand corner, and clicking on "convocation" under "other links" in the "academic services" section.  If you cannot see your record or have technical problems with WaveNet please call Help Desk at xHELP.

Record Change Requests

You may report attendance discrepancies or request attendance credit for programs you did not bring your card to by completing the Record Change Request Form.

  • Record change requests must be made within 2 weeks of the event.
  • You are only allowed one record change request per semester.
