Pepperdine Today is published twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the academic year, and once a week on Tuesdays during the summer.
Please submit your announcement request three business days prior to the date you would like it to be included in Pepperdine Today. Event announcements will be included a maximum of two times prior to the event.

Faculty and Staff Guidelines:
You may request a Faculty/Staff announcement by filling out the form below. Requests must be submitted at least three business days prior to the intended release date. If your request is made later than three business days prior to the intended release date, we cannot guarantee that your announcement request will be sent out on time.
Please note that announcements can only be sent to ALL faculty and staff. For more school-specific announcements, please contact the Dean's Office of that school.
Student Guidelines:
You may request a Student announcement by filling out the form below. Requests must be submitted at least three business days prior to the intended release date. If your request is made later than three business days, we cannot guarantee that it will be sent out on time. Approval by both Student Activities and our office is required.

If you do not include all of the pertinent details (answer: who, what, where, when, how, and why) University Communications will have to contact the requestor for any missing information and the intended release date may be delayed.
