Announcement Request Form

Pepperdine Today is published twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays during the academic year, and once a week on Tuesdays during the summer.

Please submit your announcement request three business days prior to the date you would like it to be included in Pepperdine Today. Event announcements will be included a maximum of two times prior to the event.

Announcements must meet the following criteria:

  1. Happenings and events: taking place on Pepperdine campuses and/or sponsored by the University and held elsewhere.
  2. Achievements and accolades: those earned by the University at large or University related, such as rankings, grants, and awards, as well as special achievements, and recognition earned by faculty, staff, and students of the University.

Faculty and Staff Guidelines:

You may request a Faculty/Staff announcement by filling out the form below. Requests must be submitted at least three business days prior to the intended release date. If your request is made later than three business days prior to the intended release date, we cannot guarantee that your announcement request will be sent out on time.

Please note that announcements can only be sent to ALL faculty and staff. For more school-specific announcements, please contact the Dean's Office of that school.

Student Guidelines:

You may request a Student announcement by filling out the form below. Requests must be submitted at least three business days prior to the intended release date. If your request is made later than three business days, we cannot guarantee that it will be sent out on time. Approval by both Student Activities and our office is required.
